Since I started my health journey, I have been working to find high protein foods that are easy to grab and also taste good. I have been getting creative with "desserts" and this is one of my favorites!
Ingredients used:
1 lb. fresh organic strawberries, sliced (with stems cut off)
32 oz. organic plain unsweetened greek yogurt (I usually buy Simple Truth Organics)
4-8 tbsp. of TruWhip
1 tbsp. Organic Coconut Sugar
1.5 tsp. Organic Vanilla Extract
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I prefer UMP by Beverly International)
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the yogurt, coconut sugar, vanilla extract and protein powder.
Disperse the mixture into four containers.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of TruWhip on top of the mixture in each of the containers.
Disperse the strawberries evenly on top of the TruWhip in each of the containers.
Enjoy!
